Pignon Housing Unit Schematics and Site Map

We currently have manufacturing capability to deliver up to 5,000 units per month

The first 50+ acre building site is ready for initial transferees to start construction of building pads.

Even though our initial Pignon site is directly in the middle of Haiti and has some protection from hurricanes

and tropical storms by mountains on three sides, we have designed the strongest  panelized unit available

with a wind rating of 125 mph should we locate any of our future sites in areas more vulnerable to tropical

storms and hurricanes.

CD-MAC -  Pignon, Haiti Relocation Site Map

The 50+ acre parcel of land has been acquired. There is only light brush on the ground to clear and land is ready for initial

team of selected transferees to start Phase I of site construction.

As houses are erected, the immediate families of the workers will arrive and with the workers, occupy the first homes.

New transferees will arrive and occupy the tents vacated by these workers. The new arrivals will join the work force and

assist in a construction process that will escalate geometrically as new people and workers arrive. At this time, new arrivals

also will begin clearing and tilling land for agriculture.

Once the CD-MAC program is in wide use, regardless of planned size, once the initial workers arrive at a prepared site it

should be no more than 15 to 20 days total time to erect and occupy a village. This assumes a beginning construction work

force of approximately 10% of the planned village occupancy and also the pre-positioning of trained personnel and infrastructure.

Through our cooperative agreement with Major General Rafael Guillermo Guzman Fermin, a security force will be in place to keep the

village residents and equipment safe from any criminal elements and will continue to maintain order in and around the village until local

law enforcement is established
